Don’t think I’ve forgotten by site; I haven’t. This week (and probably the next) have been abnormally busy, so I haven’t had time for any of my hobbies or ongoing leisure projects (the site, writing, the poetry reorganization, talking to the people I know and love, etc.).
Minimum Sense on Minimum Wage
A few weeks ago, Democrats in Congress brought forth a bill that would raise the Federal minimum wage from $5.15/hour to $7.25/hour. A group of Republicans brought forth a similar plan that would raise the minimum wage to $6.25/hour. Both proposals failed in the Senate.
Scary New AOL IM Terms of Service

Police Search for Guy in a . . . Car [Updated]
With all due respect to the police officer who was murdered in Fulton County, Georgia yesterday, the police down there are utterly incompetent. I say that with some level of confidence after reading the top stories this morning.
