Some time around the year 2020, I started getting interested in watches . . . not just the modern smartwatch, but also the classic wristwatch. I find time fascinating. I find the machines that we use to measure time even more fascinating.
Things quickly spiraled out of control, and my watch collection now contains a variety of mechanical watches (both manual and automatic) and quartz watches (analog and digital, solar and battery). My collection is described below.
I usually wear a smartwatch or fitness tracker on my right wrist, and a traditional watch on my left.
